This course draws on Albert Bandura's self-efficacy theory, CBT-based cognitive restructuring, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to give you practical tools you can apply immediately. Over four modules you will map your confidence landscape, dismantle imposter syndrome, design a progressive challenge ladder, and embed daily habits that compound into durable self-belief.
