What this course is designed to develop

Most managers give answers. Great leaders ask better questions. This course teaches you the evidence-backed coaching skills used by ICF-certified coaches and executive development programs — adapted for the day-to-day realities of team leadership. You will learn how to open coaching conversations, surface limiting beliefs, hold people accountable, and measure behavioral change. No prior coaching experience required.
