What this course is designed to develop
This beginner course covers every pillar of modern mixology: the major spirit categories, the golden ratios behind Sours, Old Fashioneds, Highballs, and Daisies, and the tactile techniques bartenders use every shift. You will build house syrups and infusions from scratch, learn how ice affects dilution and texture, and create elegant mocktail alternatives that stand on their own. By the final module you will be able to read any cocktail menu, reverse-engineer recipes, and host confidently.
