What this course is designed to develop

Drawing on the Dual Process Model, continuing-bonds theory, and post-traumatic growth research, this course offers a compassionate, practical roadmap for navigating loss of any kind. You will learn why grief is non-linear, how to oscillate between loss-orientation and restoration-orientation, and how to find meaning without rushing or bypassing pain. This course is general education and is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
