Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

This course teaches the complete beginner everything needed to practise Pilates safely and effectively on a mat. You will internalise Joseph Pilates' six principles — Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow — and apply them to 20+ classical exercises. By the end you will understand how the powerhouse (deep abdominals, pelvic floor, and lumbar stabilisers) connects to every movement, and you will have a repeatable home-practice framework that builds strength, mobility, and postural awareness over time.
