What this course is designed to develop
Tea is the world's second most consumed beverage, yet most drinkers never move beyond the teabag. This course decodes the science of oxidation, terroir, and extraction so that every cup becomes a deliberate choice. You will practise gong fu brewing, blind tasting, and matcha preparation using real parameters — water temperature to the degree, steeping windows to the second — and leave with a personal tea journal and collection blueprint.
