Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

Yoga for Beginners guides you through the core building blocks of yoga — from standing and seated poses to supine stretches and restorative shapes — with clear alignment cues for every body type. Each module layers new skills on top of what came before, so by the final week you can sequence a complete 30-minute practice without guidance. No prior experience, props, or gym membership is required.
